Responsible for providing protected, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients and supporting doctors in clinical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide bedside nursing care and monitor patient condition/vital signs.
Administer medicines, injections, IV fluids and treatments as prescribed.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures and emergencies.
Maintain nursing notes, medication charts and patient records.
Follow infection control, patient safety and biomedical waste protocols.
Handle patient admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
Maintain proper handover between shifts.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality.
Qualification: GNM /ANM/ B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
Experience: Freshers/experienced candidates may be considered as per hospital requirement
