Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing daily recovery operations, guiding a team of collection agents, and ensuring collection targets are achieved while following company policies and legal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor the performance of collection agents.
Handle and coordinate office callers and field executives.
Assign daily targets and follow up on team performance.
Guide, train, and motivate team members to achieve recovery targets.
Handle difficult customer cases and resolve escalated issues.
Monitor daily collections and prepare performance reports.
Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and according to company guidelines.
Salary & Advantages:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance and collection targets
