E-commerce Order & Shipment ManagerWe are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Shipment Manager to handle daily e-commerce operations.
ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer orders across e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with warehouses and courier partners for timely dispatch.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and replacements.
Maintain accurate order and inventory records.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates when required.
Generate daily and weekly order fulfillment reports.
RequirementsExperience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Valuable knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines efficiently
