Responsibilities
Make calls to potential clients from the provided leads.
Explain our immigration and visa services in a straightforward and explicit way.
Answer basic questions and provide general information.
Follow up with interested clients.
Schedule appointments with the immigration consultant.
Maintain records of calls and client details.
Requirements
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Hindi/Punjabi local-language skills are an advantage.
Freshers are welcome.
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
