We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to handle inventory planning, procurement coordination, stock replenishment, and day-to-day supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Prepare inventory and procurement reports.
Track slow-moving and non-moving stock.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and production teams.
Raise purchase/stock transfer requisitions.
Monitor inbound deliveries and stock transfers.
Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS.
Track supply chain KPIs and identify process improvements.
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain operations.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Robust Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
ERP/WMS experience preferred.
Positive coordination and attention to detail.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
