Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert business opportunities for loan products through field sales.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria and application process.
Coordinate with customers throughout the loan application journey.
Collect and verify required customer documents as per process.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads.
Update customer and sales activity details in the designated system/app.
Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
0–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI, lending or financial services preferred.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
