Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and potential customers.
Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with customers through skilled communication.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
RequirementsGood communication skills in English and/or local languages.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
