Job Summary

Kalpatru Insurance Ltd. is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized Back Office Executive to support the company's day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and insurance companies, and ensuring smooth processing of customer-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day back-office operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and update customer, policy, and business records accurately.
Manage documentation related to insurance policies, proposals, renewals, claims, and other operational activities.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams for policy issuance and related updates.
Follow up on pending documents, approvals, policy status, and other requirements.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, Excel sheets,



and daily operational reports.
Verify customer documents and ensure proper record maintenance.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Support teams for smooth processing of customer requests.
Handle data entry with accuracy and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Track policy renewals and assist in sending timely reminders and follow-ups.
Respond to internal queries and provide necessary operational support.
Ensure all work is completed within the required timelines and as per company procedures.
1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Administration, Insurance Operations, or a similar role.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Solid data entry and documentation skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
