Supervise order packing, staging, vehicle assignment, and load planning.
Ensure compliance with Indian logistics mandates—verifying E-Way Bills, GST Invoices, Bills of Lading (BOL), and Gate Passes before vehicle departure.
Liaise with logistics vendors, local transporters, and drivers to ensure timely vehicle placement and placement tracking.
Record inward-outward inventory movements in system and generate daily dispatch/pending order reports using Excel.
Handle loading delays, shortage/damage issues at the dock, and record reverse logistics (RTO/returns).
