About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate current business and build strong client relationships for our media, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and corporate video production services.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects and qualified leads.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and business partners.
Prepare proposals and presentations in coordination with the creative team.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and referrals.
Build business through field visits, networking, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, client follow-ups, and business development reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Skills Required




Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.
Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in client interactions.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media for business development.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

Eligibility
Any Degree; MBA/Marketing qualification preferred.
0.5 –3 years of experience in business development, sales, media, advertising, branding, digital marketing, or corporate services preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Fluency in English & Tamil is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
