Roles and Responsibilities
Generate sales by engaging with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory.
Conduct weekly sales meetings and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
Liaise between customers and the company to provide up-to-date information on services, pricing, and recent product releases.
Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
Increase business prospects through various market channels.
Build and retain client relationships through continuous follow-up and personalized service.
Supervise and guide the sales team, providing incentives to motivate staff toward achieving sales targets.
Monitor sales team performance and ensure adequate stock of company products.
Perform all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
