Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹8,000
Advantages: PF & ESI
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Leave: 1 paid leave per month
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers and assist them with required services.
Achieve assigned targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service/sales experience preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Willingness to work on a rotational weekly-off basis.
