Qualification: B.Tech – Electrical / Chemical / Renewable Energy
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Cell Process with solid hands-on experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing to drive process excellence, technology integration, efficiency improvement, and quality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead solar cell process engineering and continuous process improvement.
Drive PERC, Bifacial and TOPCon process development and integration.
Analyze electrical & process parameters using SPC, MS Excel and Minitab.
Plan and execute DOE/experiments and prepare technical analysis reports.
Develop and maintain SOP, WI, PFD, MQP, SPC, RMR and ISO documentation.
Drive cell efficiency, yield and quality improvement initiatives.
Identify process deviations, conduct RCA and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Projects and Utilities.
Conduct technical training for operators, GETs and engineers.
Work with vendors/OEMs for process-lab equipment and troubleshooting.
Support cost-reduction and continuous-improvement projects.
