PROMENA & Ideabaaz is looking for Founder’s Office Executive to work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

What You’ll Work On

This is not a typical Job. You will get hands-on exposure to how a startup is built and scaled.

You’ll work directly with the Founder’s Office across:
Business Strategy & Growth
Market Research & Business Analysis
Partnerships & Business Development
Marketing & Startup Ecosystem Initiatives
Founder’s Office Projects & Special Assignments
Preparing presentations, reports & business documents
Researching recent opportunities, markets & partnerships
Supporting execution of high-priority initiatives
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Ideal candidate:
Fresh Graduates / Early-career professionals




Strong communication & presentation skills
Excellent research and analytical abilities
Good command of PPT skills MUST.
Proactive attitude with a “figure it out” mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace
Willing to take ownership rather than just follow instructions
Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, technology, media or business
