Responsibilities will include: -

Empathizing with the user:
As a quality assurance Lead, you will ensure that user needs are met in the most optimal manner
You will collaborate with design, product and development teams to advocate for the user goals
You will actively seek feedback on how our users experience keka products and develop an understanding of user needs in features and experiences
You will communicate this understanding internally and champion the users cause

Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and analyse complex technical challenges related to software quality and relevant business deliveries.
Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to improve testing processes and efficiency.
Analyse test results, identify root causes of defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.





Test Planning and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business objectives. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure thorough test coverage.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including test execution, defect management, and release management.

People Management :
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of QA engineers.
Foster a cooperative and positive work setting that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership
