Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute demand-generating social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
Build and maintain an agile content calendar that balances brand storytelling, product promotion, and moment marketing
Spot trends early and create relevant, timely content that connects with culture and drives engagement
Collaborate with creative, video, and marketing teams to produce high-impact visuals and short-form content
Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, saves, shares, clicks, etc.) and optimize based on data




Actively manage community interactions, including DMs, comments, and brand mentions to build loyalty

What You'll Bring:
4+ years of social media experience including work with B2C or D2C industries , with a portfolio of campaigns that delivered measurable results
Spotting internet trends and driving engagement with moment marketing
A proven track record in demand-gen, driving conversions and achieving campaign goals
Deep understanding of platform-specific trends, audience behavior, and content formats
Solid copywriting skills and ability to adapt brand tone across channels
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva
Effectively utilize AI to deliver at speed without compromising quality and avoiding AI slop
A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities

Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with creator/influencer collaborations
Basic skills in video editing or motion design
A few viral campaigns under your belt
