Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes using traditional and contemporary cooking techniques
Develop and customize menus that showcase regional specialties while accommodating seasonal ingredients and organizational objectives
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and sanitation protocols
Manage food inventory, control costs,



and optimize ingredient sourcing from local and regional suppliers
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate plating standards and presentation techniques to ensure every dish meets organizational quality benchmarks
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to understand customer preferences and gather feedback for continuous improvement
