As a Senior Customer Relationship Executive-CS, you are fully responsible for planning & execution of all Senior CRE activities to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Provide basic information about products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz dealer in their respective area
Responsible for bringing and retaining the after-sales business with dealership.
Responsible to remind customer about the periodic maintenance and facilitate his visit to dealership through service booking.
List the details of all the prospects who intent to buy Mercedes-Benz products or services.
Capture customers’ feedback and co-ordinate with seniors for resolution of customer complaints.
Ensure the customer satisfaction for future retention and business
