Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Delivery Boy to deliver products safely and on time to customers. The candidate should have positive knowledge of the local area, basic smartphone skills, and good customer-handling ability.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up products/parcels from the assigned store, warehouse, or hub.
Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.
Verify customer details and delivery address before delivery.
Use a smartphone/mobile application for order tracking and updates.
Collect cash or digital payments when required.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
Maintain proper delivery records and update delivery status.
Coordinate with the warehouse, store, and operations team.
Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines.
Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
Return undelivered orders/parcels to the assigned location as per company policy.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of using smartphones and delivery applications.
Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently.
Positive time-management skills.
Eligibility
Minimum 10th pass preferred.
Valid Driving Licence required where applicable.
Own bike/two-wheeler preferred.
Android smartphone required.
