Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in field recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates through field recruitment activities while maintaining a robust candidate pipeline and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
Source candidates through field visits, referrals, job portals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Build relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local communities for hiring.
Achieve recruitment targets within the specified timelines.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
