Key Responsibilities:
Work with the design engineering team developing hydraulic gear pump and valve products
Undertake design work including 3D modelling of castings and machined parts, 2D drawings, bills of materials and material specifications and any related work
Thorough Knowledge on GD&T.;
Be willing to learn quickly and deliver on the assigned responsibilities.
Support production teams in India with CFT discussions and as per design process flow.
Maintain and demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001 and other proprietary and company standards.

Essential Profile/Skills:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related subject and minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience
Demonstrable ability to use 3D software (Inventor/Solid Edge) to best advantage including MRP (SAP) systems.
Preferably have experience working in hydraulic gear pumps, valves, or related products.
Ability to understand the Form Fit and Function of the products for manufacture and assembly (DFM/DFA)

Additional related qualifications (e.g. engineering, product design, project management)
Knowledge on Engineering change management
