Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and collect deployment requirements, reports, and data.
Prepare and coordinate Pan-India deployment plans.
Coordinate with vendors and employees for manpower deployment as per customer requirements.
Track attendance, deployment status, and service completion.
Maintain daily MIS, trackers, and customer reports.
Follow up on pending requirements and resolve operational issues.
Ensure timely deployment and SLA compliance.
Escalate manpower shortages, delays, and critical issues to management.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust follow-up and customer handling ability.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Experience in service coordination/manpower deployment preferred.
