We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and follow up with potential and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
Explain products/services and provide relevant information.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Follow up with customers to convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with the sales team when required.
Maintain a positive and qualified approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
Valuable verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
