Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell motors, water pumps, electrical items, and related products in Thiruvananthapuram.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales and should be comfortable travelling within the assigned territory to meet customers and generate business.

ITI or Diploma candidates are highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers, dealers, retailers, contractors, and businesses regularly.
Promote and sell motors, water pumps, electrical products, and related items.
Generate current leads and develop new customer relationships.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly and assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and identify new business prospects.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders,



and payments.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
Ensure timely communication and professional customer service.
RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
Experience in selling motors, water pumps, electrical items, hardware, industrial products, or similar products will be an advantage.
ITI or Diploma candidates are highly preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid driving licence is mandatory.
Candidate must have their own bike/two-wheeler.
Basic knowledge of electrical products and motors will be an added advantage.
