Sonipat Government Bill Distribution Project
Door-to-door distribution of electricity/utility bills to consumers.
Visit assigned areas/locations as per daily route plan.
Deliver bills to the correct consumer/address within the given timeline.
Verify consumer name, address, account/connection number and other bill details.
Maintain daily records of bills received, delivered, pending and undelivered.
Take delivery proof/acknowledgement wherever required.
Report incorrect addresses, locked houses, shifted consumers or other delivery issues.
Submit daily field activity/status reports to the supervisor.
Coordinate with the project supervisor and office team for pending or disputed deliveries.
Ensure bills/documents are handled safely and confidentially.
Follow company and government project guidelines during field visits.
Achieve the assigned daily/monthly distribution targets.
Use a mobile application/GPS/photo-based reporting system if required by the project.
Immediately report any field-related issue to the concerned supervisor.
