We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer with robust experience in structural execution and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and execute RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, and structural works as per approved drawings.
Ensure proper execution of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, and other finishing works.
Read and interpret structural, architectural, and construction drawings.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.
Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards and project specifications.
Identify site issues,



coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of defects and snags.
Check material requirements, usage, and availability at site.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and other required site documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of site safety practices and project procedures.
Coordinate inspections with consultants and obtain necessary approvals at various stages of construction.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and timely completion of assigned works.
RequirementsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–8 years of relevant experience in construction site execution.
Robust practical knowledge of structural and finishing works.
