We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will not only handle day-to-day accounting operations but also play an significant supporting role in ensuring our business stays fully compliant with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting principles, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR).
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory compliances (e.g., GST, TDS, corporate taxes, or local regulatory filings as applicable).
Assist senior management in keeping up-to-date with changing financial regulations and tax laws.




Maintain organized audit trails and documentation for internal and external audits.
Assist in preparing financial reports and variance analyses.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and streamline accounting workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of qualified experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally and Excel).
Demonstrated knowledge of tax laws and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
