Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program.
Assess customer's current identity landscape and develop future identity roadmaps.
Design and implement role-based access control and application onboarding programs.
Ensure best practices for SailPoint products are followed throughout project delivery.
Advise and guide junior resources on project implementation.
Provide recommendations on custom tool development to meet complex business needs.
Maintain healthy business relationships with customers and partners.
Collaborate with advisory service leads, program managers, and cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and strategic direction.
Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps.
Recommend improvements for SaaS product consumption.
Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports (if any).
