Role Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Manager with 1–2 years of experience to maximize hotel revenue and OTA Operations by setting smart pricing, forecasting demand, and managing inventory across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage OTA Profiles, Ranking and Ratings.
Manage OTA related operations like amendments and cancellations.
Coordinate with OTA team on regular basis.
Set room prices based on demand, occupancy & competitor analysis.
Forecast demand and study market trends to guide pricing.
Manage room inventory across OTAs and prevent over/under-booking.
Optimize revenue for rooms, F&B;, banquets, spa,
and other services.
Analyze booking patterns to identify high/low demand periods.
Work closely with sales, marketing & front office to align strategies.
Skills Required
Solid analytical & data understanding.
Strategic thinking and quick decision-making.
Good financial understanding.
Market and demand awareness.
Ability to adapt and work with multiple teams.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar revenue role.
Knowledge of finance and data analytics.
Technical skills in PMS, RMS & MS Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
