Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Handle candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
Understand client requirements and work towards timely closures.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills required.
Qualification:
Any Graduate
