Key Responsibilities: -
Pre-collections-follow up with customers with reminders or pre-closure request, ensuring timely payment.
Maintain accurate record and daily reports of your collection numbers
Monitor performance against set parameters
Work with internal sanction and accounts team, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Proficient with in-house CRM for accurate record-keeping and reporting
Coordinate with account & disbursement team
