We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage corporate office procurement requirements, vendor coordination, purchase orders, quotations, and timely delivery of products and services. The role will work closely with Admin, HR, Finance, IT, and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end procurement for corporate office requirements.
Receive and validate purchase requirements from internal stakeholders.
Source quotations from approved/recent vendors and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.
Create and track PR/POs as per company process.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of goods/services.
Manage procurement for office stationery, IT accessories, furniture, pantry supplies, employee engagement items, housekeeping and other corporate requirements.
Maintain vendor database, quotations, agreements, invoices, and procurement records.
Coordinate with Finance for invoice processing and payment-related queries.
Monitor vendor performance, service quality, pricing, and SLA adherence.
Identify alternative vendors and opportunities for cost optimization.




Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies, approval matrix, and compliance requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly procurement MIS covering spend, pending orders, vendor status, and cost savings.
Resolve procurement-related issues and ensure timely closure.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate2–5 years of experience in corporate procurement/purchase.

Experience in a fast-paced corporate workplace preferred.
