Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Communication
Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and project transparency.
Coordinate customer meetings, proactively highlighting portfolio advantages and value-driven outcomes.
Manage and update project information, ensuring stakeholders and purchased services are fully leveraged.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to initiate and drive project execution.

Tools & Documentation
Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Jira to track progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency.
Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation.
Ensure timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Risk & Escalation Management
Monitor, manage, and mitigate risks and issues proactively, adapting strategies as needed.
Effectively manage escalations and communications to achieve positive outcomes.
Ensure change and expectation management to maintain project momentum.
