Job Title: Operations Executive

Job Summary:

Hiring a computer-savvy Operations Executive for Samriddhi Distributors - DTDC Franchise at Vashi Naka. We need an independent multi-tasker to manage our walk-in counter bookings, handle corporate clients, and update our online retail portals from a single desk.

Key Responsibilities:
Courier Bookings: Handle walk-in customer bookings and manage accounts for our corporate clients.
E-commerce Management: Monitor online retail portals, track stock inventory, and process incoming orders.
Daily Operations: Coordinate delivery schedules, track shipment statuses, and manage delivery boys.
Office Upkeep: Track staff attendance, manage stationery, and maintain basic desk and shelf cleanliness.





Candidate Requirements:
Location: Candidates residing strictly in or around Vashi Naka, Chembur only.
Language: Valuable English is mandatory to manage online portals and communicate with corporate clients.
Skills: Solid computer skills, comfortable with internet browsing, and basic MS Excel.

Salary & Timings:
Salary: Fixed ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days working, Sundays off).
Note: Must be versatile to stay a few minutes late if walk-in customers arrive near closing time.
