Handle incoming leads and inquiries professionally.
Conduct client meetings and requirement gathering sessions.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Convert design consultations into confirmed projects.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Visit upcoming projects along with team for business opportunities.
Represent the company during client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Understand client requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget expectations.
Prepare conceptual layouts and space planning solutions.
Develop design presentations and mood boards.
Prepare detailed design proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with execution teams for smooth project handover.
Assist clients in material, finish, color, and furniture selections.
Conduct site visits whenever required.
Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and executable within budget.
Solid client convincing and negotiation skills.
