Job Location : Andheri Marol & Thane, Ghodbunder Road
Review project specifications, drawings and other technical documents to understand project requirements and scope of work.
Conduct site visits if required and assessments to gather information relevant to project estimation, including existing conditions, access points, and potential challenges.
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop project proposals that meet client needs and specifications.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for firefighting system projects, including material quantities, labour costs, subcontractor expenses, and overheads.
Research and analyse market trends, material prices,
and labour rates to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and negotiate favourable terms for materials and services.
Present cost estimates and proposals to clients and participate in bid meetings and negotiations as needed.
Track and manage the status of proposals and follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth handover of projects from estimation to execution.
Experience : Graduate Fresher /experienced B.com candidate may apply.
