Generate recent sales through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and field visits.
Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable coffee machine solutions.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team.
Build relationships with café owners, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales (B2B sales preferred).
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
