Experience: 8–12 years | Industry: HORECA / Hospitality Procurement

Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, cost optimization, inventory planning, and purchase operations to ensure timely availability of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage sourcing, purchasing, POs, and vendor relationships.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
Develop and evaluate domestic suppliers.
Monitor inventory, demand forecasts, deliveries, and lead times.
Drive cost savings while protecting project margins.
Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance & Operations.
Track procurement KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure procurement compliance, documentation, and quality standards.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations preferred.
3–5+ years in a managerial procurement role.
HORECA, hospitality, hotel supplies, interior projects, furniture, or building materials experience preferred.
Robust negotiation, analytical, vendor management, and leadership skills.
ERP & Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
