Accountant – Jewellery IndustryWe are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities for our jewellery business.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting records, purchase and sales entries.
Handle jewellery stock, gold/silver, diamond and inventory-related accounting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, payment records, bank reconciliation and ledger accounts.
Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Monitor outstanding payments and vendor/customer accounts.
Prepare financial reports and support management with accounting information.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
RequirementsMust have prior experience in the Jewellery / Gems & Jewellery industry.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
Experience with jewellery inventory and stock accounting is preferred.
Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
