About the Role
Are you someone who can turn a lead into a customer?
We for a driven, target-oriented Inside Sales Executive who loves talking to people, understands customer needs, handles objections confidently, and knows how to close deals.
This is a pure sales role — your focus is simple: connect, convince, convert and generate revenue.
There is no customer support/service responsibility in this role.
What You'll Do
Connect with potential customers through calls and pitch Speedioo's offerings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant solutions.
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead → follow-up → negotiation → closure.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Follow up consistently with leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
Handle customer objections and turn hesitation into prospects.
Maintain accurate call, follow-up and sales records in the CRM.
Continuously improve your product knowledge and sales pitch.
Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of Inside Sales experience.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong objection-handling and closing ability.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Self-motivated, energetic and persistent approach.
Basic understanding of CRM tools.
A genuine sales mindset — you enjoy converting conversations into business.
