Perform hardware repairs, part replacement, and component-level troubleshooting.
Handle motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, RAM, SSD/HDD, adapter, and other hardware issues.
Perform BIOS/firmware updates and hardware diagnostics.
Conduct proper physical and functional inspection of devices.
Follow company/HP service procedures and maintain repair quality standards.
Update service tickets/RMA and repair status accurately.
Coordinate with the service coordinator/L2 team for complex technical issues.
Ensure timely closure of assigned service cases.
Maintain proper documentation of replaced parts and repair activities.
Provide skilled customer support and explain technical issues clearly.
