Key Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines safely and efficiently.
Set jobs, tools, fixtures and work offsets as per the machining requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions.
Perform tool setting, tool offset correction and job setting.
Load and unload components accurately.
Monitor machine parameters and machining operations.
Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge and other measuring instruments.
Maintain daily production records.
Follow safety procedures and 5S standards.
Report machine breakdowns to maintenance team.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of VMC machine operation and setting.
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC programming and G-code/M-code.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders and fixtures.
Knowledge of measuring instruments.
Positive understanding of quality and safety requirements.





Qualification:
ITI / Diploma & BE
0–8 years experience in CNC/VMC machine operation

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
