Role Responsibilities
Lead SAP ABAP development and technical activities across implementation and support projects.
Design, develop, enhance, and troubleshoot ABAP solutions.
Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration and related custom-code activities.
Perform performance analysis and tuning of ABAP programs.
Conduct regular technical and code reviews.
Manage, mentor, and groom the technical team.
Coordinate with functional teams such as SD, MM, FI, and Vistex.
Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and production issues.
Ensure technical quality, coding standards, and project delivery.
