Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating potential customer leads through cold calling, explaining the company's electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers, following up with interested prospects, and converting leads into sales appointments and customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident personality, solid convincing abilities, and a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Generate current leads and identify potential buyers for EV 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, offers, and benefits to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable EV products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
Convert cold leads into qualified leads, test rides, showroom visits, and sales.




Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Maintain and update customer information, call records, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and customer appointments.
Follow up with customers until the final purchase decision.
Re-contact old, inactive, and missed leads to generate additional business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and customer feedback.
Share customer feedback and market information with the Sales Manager.
Maintain qualified communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
