Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales of agricultural and farming machinery. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, customer handling, product demonstrations, follow-ups, achieving sales targets, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital enquiries, referrals, and other sources.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable agricultural machinery.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, warranty, and service details to customers.
Conduct regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, quotation, and sales details in CRM/ERP.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with Accounts and Dispatch teams for order processing.
Coordinate with the service team for customer technical and after-sales requirements.




Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify new markets, customers, dealers, and business opportunities.
Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
Track competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Support sales promotions, exhibitions, field visits, and product demonstrations.
Ensure timely collection of customer payments as per company terms.

Required Skills

Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
