Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee the complete fulfillment of orders and ensure timely delivery of all services.
Maintain real-time updates on the dashboard for all ongoing operations.
Coordinate effectively with customers and vendors to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or objections that may arise during the process.
Explain processes and service details to customers when required.
Manage the company’s supply operations, including onboarding recent vendors.
Be open to traveling to various locations across the country as part of operational requirements.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month (in hand).
