We are looking for an experienced Factory Incharge to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations of modular interior units such as kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower handling, quality control, and timely dispatch of materials.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production schedules as per project timelines
Manage complete factory workflow: Cutting → Edge Banding → Boring → Assembly → Packing
Supervise factory workers, machine operators, and helpers
Ensure strict quality control at every stage of production
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Site teams
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain inventory records
Ensure proper machine handling and maintenance
Manage packing and dispatch of finished goods
Maintain discipline, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
Requirements
3 to 8 years of experience in modular furniture / interior manufacturing
Robust knowledge of plywood, laminates, hardware, and modular systems
Experience in handling factory operations and manpower
Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
Valuable leadership and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Production / Interior Design (preferred)
