About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Sales, BPO, and Teleconsultation profiles.
Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Handle candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and recruitment targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for Sales, BPO, Teleconsultation, or similar customer-facing profiles.
Valuable of sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and work within hiring timelines.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a WFH setting.
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline is required.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization will be an advantage.
Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR may also be considered.
