Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend customers in a polite and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
Explain Swarnaz Smart Gold jewellery, purity, pricing, benefits and offers clearly.
Demonstrate products and suggest suitable designs based on customer needs.
Generate sales and achieve assigned monthly/weekly targets.
Follow up with interested customers and potential leads.
Maintain proper customer details and follow-up records.
Handle customer queries and objections confidently.
Encourage repeat purchases and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain proper product presentation and showroom discipline.
Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding customer requirements, orders and sales.
Ensure a smooth and premium customer experience from greeting to billing.
Stay updated about current products, offers, schemes and company policies.

Good presentation and grooming.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of jewellery sales is preferred.
Comfortable with customer follow-ups through phone/WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge.

Qualification & Experience
Experience: 1–3 years in jewellery, retail, fashion or premium customer sales preferred.
Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.

Qualification
Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
