Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support / Lead Generation Executives to handle customer interactions, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products or services.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads.
Achieve assigned lead generation and performance targets.
Ensure a skilled and positive customer experience.

Eligibility
Qualification: PUC & Above
Languages:



Fluent English + Hindi
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 6+ months of experience in customer support, telecalling, sales, or lead generation are preferred.

Salary

Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹17,356 Take Home
6+ Months Experience: ₹28,000 CTC | ₹20,813 Take Home
